"...Just a quick e-mail to express our thank for the extension to our Apache awning recently carried out by your company. I have attached a couple of photographs which show the awning in “action” during our recent holiday in Devon. We recently purchased a new caravan but neglected to realise that our current awning was too short for the new caravan. After some research, it looked like we would have to fork out another £900 for a replacement awning. However, after visiting a number of caravan forums on the Internet, we came across your company. From our first enquiry, it was a pleasure to deal with a company with what I would call “traditional” values. Staff were always efficient, helpful and pleasant. The whole experience of dealing with CRC Ltd was extremely smooth from start to finish. Our awning was collected by courier as promised, the work carried out and the awning returned to us ready to use before we went on holiday a little over a week later. The awning went up without a problem. In fact it seemed easier to erect after the extension had been carried out. The first night it was used was a good test as we suffered a torrential rainstorm during the night but there were no leaks at all. The extension pieces inserted into the awning were hardly noticeable (as can be seen on the attached photograph). The materials and workmanship on the extension were equally as good as the original manufacture and at a fraction of the cost of buying a new awning. We also had the end rings fitted with the awning pull which allows you to pull the awning through the awning rail without having to resort to using steps/ladders to help feed it through the awning rail. This made erecting the awning easier and quicker and certainly eased the physical effort considerably. I would have no hesitation in recommending Canvas Repair Centre Ltd for any work of this nature and I will certainly use them in the future."
